Dish TV India Launches ‘VZY Entertainment Ecosystem’ to Simplify India’s Connected Viewing Experience

Indore: As Indian consumers increasingly shift between multiple streaming apps, devices and viewing platforms, managing entertainment has become more fragmented than ever. Responding to this changing landscape, Dish TV India has announced the launch of the VZY Entertainment Ecosystem, positioning it as India’s first fully integrated connected entertainment ecosystem that brings together streaming platforms, live television and premium smart viewing into one seamless experience.

With entertainment today spread across Smart TVs, DTH services, streaming sticks and numerous OTT applications, consumers often face subscription overload, multiple bills, separate renewal cycles and endless app switching. The ecosystem operates across two interconnected layers. The first is the VZY Streaming Platform, which currently aggregates more than 29 streaming applications along with live TV channels and creator-driven content. The second layer is the VZY Smart TV ecosystem, a premium QLED 4K Smart TV experience powered by Google TV. Equipped with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support, the televisions aim to deliver a cinema-style entertainment experience while offering direct access to live TV channels and streaming services from the moment users switch on the device.

Speaking about the launch, Manoj Dobhal said the company recognised that consumers no longer want “just another app,” but a connected entertainment experience that works effortlessly across devices. He added that the platform has been built to seamlessly connect entertainment from smartphones to living room screens while redefining how Indian audiences consume content.

Sukhpreet Singh said today’s viewers expect entertainment experiences that are seamless, flexible and accessible across devices. According to him, the new ecosystem aims to reduce the time users spend searching for content while delivering stronger value through integrated services and easier navigation.

The launch of the VZY Entertainment Ecosystem is being supported by an integrated campaign during the ongoing IPL season, highlighting the growing demand for simpler and more connected entertainment experiences.
